The Perfect White Midi Dress for Summer from H&M
This white eyelet midi dress from H&M is so comfortable, versatile, and classic. It's one of H&M's more expensive pieces, but I don't think that $99 is an unreasonable price tag for this dress. I've seen similar dresses upwards of $300. The dress is very well constructed; the bodice fits snug and meets the skirt just below the rib cage, which flatters the waist line; the skirt isn't too wide or too snug (for those like me who have hips and a butt); the length is perfect at lower mid calf (I'm 5'6); the dress is lined with a soft cotton fabric and a lace overlay on top, rendering it not see through, at all (big win); the material is very soft and feels durable, the dress has some weight to it when you hold it in your hands but once it's on it doesn't feel heavy or make you hot, it definitely breathes. For those of you who have a ton of weddings this summer - this dress also comes in a pale blue (I'm obsessed). It's currently out of stock in blue, but keep an eye out!
I love pairing white dresses with Raffia, Rattan, and other natural materials. These raffia slides are my new favorite by Jeffery Campbell (Nordstrom). They are the perfect height, comfortable while also elongating your legs. They are great day to night shoes, you can definitely last for hours in them. Another new favorite, these raffia earrings from Tuckernuck. They are just so fun for the summer. For those of you who worry about heavy earrings, these are not!

I think the Cult Gaia Ark is a great buy, but if you don't feel like spending there are some pretty great dupes out there like this Miuco Bamboo Handbag or this Arc Bag by Merulana. I'm loving the white version right now. I've linked a few less expensive alternatives to the above look below.
